Are you there god, it’s me Satan

I haven’t had a blog since the Wordpress days (I think my old one from a dozen years ago might still be up… I don’t even know or care). But this is where I’m at.

Here’s the deal…

• I want to give the folks who follow me (you) content, but

• I don’t want to be forced to fuck with algorithms and hashtags and bla bla bla barf

• and I don’t want the pressure of a Patreon paywall because there are times where I’m too overwhelmed to communicate, or what I’m working on is super boring and I feel I’m screwing the people who are giving me money

So you’re going to get my ramblings on here for free. Maybe in time I’ll create enough tutorial vids or whatever to make a pay series(probably not)- but for now I need a format that lets me share what I’m doing without a self-imposed boot on my neck.

In here you’ll get old vids reposted from the Patreon that I opted out of (because I was told that they were really helpful and I want folks to still have access to them), arty rants, tips and tricks, probably political rants (b/c we just entered into a hellscape and art IS political), and pics of my dogs.

This is a new platform for me, so be patient while I work out the bugs. I’ll notify on the Almighty Social Medias when I post new ones (I’m on Facebook, Insta, Blue Sky, and I sometimes post on TikTok).

Yes, there is comment moderation- so if the trolls arrive I can select which comments to approve so we can point and laugh at them, or ignore them completely. You’ve entered my house, I get to choose who stays.

But for now…. here are my dogs.
