Shipping times and Costs

I ship to most places in the world, and there is a flat rate for shipping. In the US it is $7, Canada it is $12, all other overseas it’s $15 - $25. Many of my clothing items are shipped from a 3rd party facility, so I’m usually losing money on shipping. I know it’s frustrating if you’re just buying a patch and have a high shipping cost- but everything is sent out with tracking, and shipping has gotten expensive! Please don’t grump at me about it. I’m not Amazon.

These are the various shipping times per item category:

Original Artwork: Ships w/in 2-3 business days with insurance on full value
Art Prints: ships within 5-7 business days
Clothing: ships within 5-7 business days
Shoes: ship within 8-14 business days
HellHounds charms / bandanas: ships w/in 2-3 business days
Patches / Stickers: ships w/in 2-3 business days
Totes / Coffee Mugs: ships w/in 5-7 business days
Digital Downloads: available immediately with link in your email

Returns

You may return items purchased on our web site within 10 days of delivery for an exchange for another product or for store credit towards a future order. Just make sure returned items are in like-new condition and you contact us in advance by email. Please keep the packaging slips that come with the order, because many of the items will be returned to a 3rd party facility and they will be your primary contact. If the return is a result of our error or a product defect, I pay the return shipping cost if you contact me in advance by email or through the “Contact” section of this website. Full returns are only issued if the item/items ordered were a result of our error or a product defect.

There are no returns or refunds on original artwork.  All artwork is shipped insured for the full amount of the piece, and if damages happen during shipping I will happily work with you to get the shipping carrier to reimburse.

Can I trust this online store?

Yes! I (and my husband Brad) have had online stores since 2003. If you need a little reassurance, you can go check out our Etsy shop that is dedicated just to the HellHounds items. You can see the hundreds of sales and 5 star reviews. You can also find me on Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook if you need assurance I’m a real person that you can communicate with.
All transactions are through Stripe, ApplePay, or Paypal, so I never see any of your private payment information.

All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of KristenFerrell.com and Ear Damage, LLC. and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Please play by the rules with this.... no one likes a thief (especially the United States legal system). If there is an image you would like to use for something, contact me! I love collabs.

I have complete respect for your privacy. Kristen Ferrell Clothing will NEVER sell or rent out any information that you have entered into this site. I don’t like people bothering me, so I’m not going to help them bother you.  If you've signed up to be on my mailing list, your information is safe with me (and I only send out emails with real news and sales a couple times a year- I would never spam you).  ANY information that you give me will stay with me... period.
